About Miles for a Cure

As a fourth-year medical student, I’ve met patients whose strength changes the way you see the world. Patients who face a diagnosis like glioblastoma — one of the most aggressive brain tumors — with courage, dignity, and hope. Their battles have inspired my career path, my research interests, and now, my reason for running as I take on the Paris Marathon.

I’ve seen firsthand how urgently we need better treatments for GBM. That’s why I’m running the Paris Marathon to support the Glioblastoma Research Organization — an organization dedicated to advancing research in GBM treatments.

I am thrilled to combine my passion in medicine with my passion for running during this marathon. This run is for the patients I’ve cared for, the families I’ve talked with, and the future patients I hope to serve. It is for their stories, their strength, and their hope. If you’re able, I would be incredibly grateful for your support. Every contribution — big or small — brings us closer to the breakthroughs we need.

Thank you for your support!
